Then served on in the Wing area but probably on Mentmore Estate. Jessie was resident in two hostels at various times, so had opportiunities for a strong social life with other Land Girls
Lived at Winslow (Winslow Manor, requisitioned house) briefly, then Wing (hutment hostel). During this time, worked with Jean Biggs nee Hill.
Life after the war
Stayed in the Linslade, Leighton Buzzard area.
