Married A.I.F. solider, Francis Patrick Lewis on 23rd December 1918 in Norwich. Shipped to Australia with other war brides on the HMAT Konigan Luise. Elise lived a happy life with ‘Frank’, until he passed away in 1951, mostly in Brisbane. Elsie had a photo of him in her handbag when she passed away on 27th December 1981.
